Key Responsibilities

As our Senior Pediatric Nutrition Specialist, you will be a crucial member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), providing expert nutritional support to our pediatric patients at Salisbury District Hospital.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Comprehensive Assessment and Treatment: Perform thorough assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment plans for infants, children, and adolescents facing a variety of complex nutritional challenges in both outpatient and inpatient environments. Clinic Management: Deliver specialized care in dedicated clinics, including those focused on eating disorders, cystic fibrosis, and coeliac disease, ensuring the highest standards of nutritional support and management. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise the clinical development and professional growth of the pediatric dietetic team, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere that promotes excellence in patient care.
