We are seeking a highly skilled Medication Safety Pharmacist to join our team at Sciensus. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will play a critical role in improving patient safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of medication safety strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with managers, pharmacists, and nurses to identify and address medication safety risks
  • Conduct root cause analyses and produce detailed, actionable reports to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and deliver patient safety training materials and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Represent Sciensus in local and national safety networks to promote best practices and share learnings
