Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the running of our children's home, Granville Lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Ensure that all quality standards are maintained and that the home is run in a safe and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working in a children's home setting, ideally within a Learning Disabilities/PMLD environment
  • Understanding of Children's Homes Quality Standards
  • Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or Children's Workforce (or equivalent)
  • Experience of leading, coaching and mentoring a team
  • Competent IT skills, mainly MS Office
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
