Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bristol. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and be involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects across various sectors, which will enable you to become more advanced and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including financial and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
