Job Title: Associate General Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team at ALL. As a key member of our Legal department, you will play a pivotal role in advising on and dealing with legal matters across our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract terms and conditions for sales outside of the U.S., ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Advisory & Support: Support the design and implementation of company policies and procedures, promote legal, compliance, and risk management best practices, and engage with stakeholders to provide legal advice and guidance.
  • Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and standards, conduct regular legal audits, and assess and mitigate potential legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.
  • Corporate: Support all corporate legal matters, including fundraising, M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic business initiatives, and assist with managing the company's IP portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Contracts: Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing sales contracts, advising on in-life contract management matters, and compliance and risk management principles.
  • Advisory & Support: Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal issues and risks to non-legal colleagues.
  • Assurance: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess potential risks associated with business operations and transactions.
  • Corporate: Ability to work closely with the Legal function, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply Chain to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
