Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Injection Moulding Lead Technician to join our team at UBT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving high-quality production processes and ensuring top-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Oversee Chemical Injection Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of chemical injection machinery, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Manage and Undertake Mould Forming and Product Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on moulded products, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure Chemical Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to chemical handling and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support Warehouse Duties During Peak Times: Assist with warehouse operations during peak periods, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
Requirements
  • Tenacious, Can-Do Attitude: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Practical Experience and Intuition: Possess a solid understanding of injection moulding processes and a keen eye for detail.
