Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of flat roof systems, ensuring highest levels of workmanship and quality.
  • Building and fostering relationships with clients' approved roofing contractor network.
  • Training of Approved Contractor operatives, ensuring content and delivery meet the highest standards.
  • Site installation monitoring, across all flat roofing and waterproofing systems.
  • Delivering hands-on training for approved contractor operatives.
  • Carrying out site inspections for multiple ongoing projects.
  • Complete and distribute inspection reports, communicating any issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Acting as an intermediary to assist the project team and contractors in resolving issues.
Requirements
  • Must have installation experience working with various flat roofing systems.
  • Must have extensive experience with bitumen.
  • Experienced in delivery of Training - Train the Trainer qualification advantageous.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
