Key Responsibilities:- Support the teacher in the classroom and contribute to the development of students with special educational needs.
- Assist with the implementation of individual plans for pupils and provide meaningful feedback on pupil behaviour, relationships, and attitudes.
- Monitor pupils' conduct and behaviour throughout the learning process and intervene to resolve complex issues.
- Lead in the absence of any Class Teachers across the school and assist with the delivery of high-quality educational activities.
