About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Manager with an FMCG Manufacturing background to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and supporting the HR Director in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the employee life cycle activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to deliver training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop a positive working environment and lead wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support career development and implement training programs.
  • Strengthen induction, recognition, and retention activities.
  • Drive diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide HR support on operational issues and advise on Employee Relations casework.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and project progress.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified
  • Previous experience in FMCG Manufacturing
  • Proven experience in advising on complex ER matters
  • People leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
