The remuneration package includes a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, along with a £3,000 car allowance, 27 days of annual leave, and a pension scheme with up to 6% matched contributions.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Project Manager for Fire Compartmentalisation and will engage with key stakeholders in the area. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of the program and adherence to business compliance as outlined by the National Programme Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and surveyors, including conducting initial site assessments and Pre-Start meetings.
  • Traveling within your designated region, balancing time between an office base, home, and various construction sites, while representing the Fire Compartmentalisation and NHSPS Construction Team.
  • Measuring and verifying the quality of building materials and installation techniques.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • A solid understanding of construction and fire compartmentation techniques.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction or Hard Facilities Management role.
  • Experience in a healthcare-related setting.
  • A background in customer-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with various access tools and equipment.

Knowledge Requirements:
  • Awareness of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, including roles and responsibilities.
  • Understanding of building regulations (2023 as amended), health and safety standards, and legal and ecological compliance.
  • Particular focus on Regulation 38 is essential.
