About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Kingsbridge area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of leading household name brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Work across various categories, including Tesco Kingsbridge.
  • Adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store colleagues and provide accurate feedback to our client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
