Business Energy Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Energy Expert to join our team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our business customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to our business customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Utilize your knowledge of the utility industry to resolve customer queries and provide solutions to their energy needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer requests are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and adhere to service level and resolution targets for assigned customers.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will have a strong understanding of the utility industry and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will also have excellent time management skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
