Job Title: Commercial Contract Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Legal Advisor to join our team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our Corporate function, you will provide proactive and solutions-focussed commercial legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial legal advice on strategic procurement, technology, and business development projects.
  • Draft and lead the negotiation of high-value, high-risk, and/or strategic commercial contracts.
  • Work closely with the Disputes legal team to resolve disputes.
  • Provide legal support, contract drafting, and negotiation of inter-company agreements.
  • Collaborate with other parts of the UK Legal Team and Vodafone Group legal teams.
Requirements:
  • Good technical grounding in general commercial and contract law.
  • A track record of advising on material commercial transactions.
  • Good decision-making skills to identify and communicate key risks.
  • Ability to operate effectively within the Commercial legal team and deliver coordinated legal advice.
  • Qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent) with approximately 1-4 years of post-qualification experience.
