About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at The Klondyke Group. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the front of house operation, working closely with our chef and kitchen team to prepare and serve high-quality food with outstanding service and personality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the setup of the front of house, counters, and back of house operation each day to ensure readiness for service.
  • Coordinate the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers, taking every opportunity to create a memorable experience.
  • Ensure staff have detailed knowledge of our menu to share with customers and create attractive counter displays.
  • Carry out all required Food Hygiene and Health and Safety checks.
  • Manage staff rotas to ensure service level requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Hardworking front of house manager with the ability to manage a large team and significant peaks in service.
  • Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
  • Strong communicator who can motivate their team to deliver with enthusiasm and great personality.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements in the Catering Industry.
  • Passion for delivering the highest quality food and service.
