Flexible Field Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join our team as a Field Operator. As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for visiting households within a 40-mile radius of Greenock to encourage individuals to complete an online survey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to designated locations within a 40-mile radius of Greenock
  • Visit households to encourage individuals to complete an online survey
  • Provide excellent verbal communication skills to persuade reluctant individuals to participate
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Utilize a laptop and smartphone to complete tasks
  • Organize and plan daily activities efficiently

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license and own car
  • Business car insurance (or willingness to purchase)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Self-discipline and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in using a laptop and smartphone
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Willingness to complete a basic DBS check (if not already held)

What We Offer:

  • A great pay rate of £12.40 per hour, plus £0.45p per mile fuel allowance
  • Flexible working hours between 09:00am and 08:00pm (Monday to Friday) with potential weekend work
  • Work between hours per week, for a duration of 3 months with the potential for an extension
