Job Title: Junior Internal Sales Operator
**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Internal Sales Operator to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing business potential through the management and development of existing customer accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximize business potential
* Make client and supplier visits to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive revenue growth
* Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
* Stay up-to-date with market developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
* Negotiate the best prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
**Requirements**
* Strong customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Negotiating and pricing skills to secure the best deals
* Key account management experience to drive business growth
* Experience in exports sales to understand the logistics industry
