Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead physiotherapy sessions, developing treatment plans and assessing patients' progress.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with our team of Stretchologists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our physiotherapy services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Work closely with our management team to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Valid Physiotherapy license in the UK.
- HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a caseload, as well as lead a wider team.
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
