Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance and Sustainability Officer to join our team at Hunter Selection Limited. As a Compliance and Sustainability Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our business operates in a responsible and sustainable manner, while also ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce our environmental impact and improve our social responsibility.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work with our Business Improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce our environmental footprint.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that our business practices are aligned with our sustainability goals.
  • Provide training and support to our employees on sustainability and compliance issues.
  • Monitor and report on our sustainability performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a sustainability and compliance role.
  • Educated to HNC, HND or degree level.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector.
