Job Title: Digital Marketing CRM Specialist

Are you passionate about driving business growth through strategic digital marketing? We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing CRM Specialist to join our team and play a key role in making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and optimize paid search, website content, and campaign development
  • Write compelling content for blogs, video content, and graphical ads across all paid media platforms
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising accounts to meet business goals, including PPC and bid strategies
  • Improve keywords, ad copy, and bid strategies through data analysis and tracking
  • Oversee tracking and conversion integration, and continuously optimize digital channels to maximize ROI
  • Use web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and create compelling content for marketing campaigns to drive lead generation
Requirements:
  • Experience with B2B email marketing and expertise in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
  • Strong people skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership
  • Knowledge of managing international, multi-language WordPress websites and experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)
  • Full UK driver's license
