Senior Manager/Assistant Director

At CK Search Global, we're seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Assistant Director to join our national M&A advisory team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the Head of Business Services M&A to deliver top-notch advice and outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead M&A projects from start to finish, including creating information memoranda, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books.
- Provide valuations and financial analysis through modeling.
- Oversee project management, including due diligence, client and buyer interaction, and management of the project team.
- Contribute to new business relationships, marketing, and business proposals.
- Liaise with external counterparties, including lawyers and private equity firms.
- Manage people, including resource planning, performance management, and appraisal.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Experience in advising clients on buy-side and sell-side work, with a successful track record in the Business Services sector.
- Ability to work with private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity houses.
- Willingness to travel for key internal and external meetings.
