  • Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, assisting with the checkout process, and prioritizing their needs in all interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products, processes, and promotions to assist customers effectively and guide them in locating items within the store.
  • Store Management: Ensure the store's appearance and cleanliness, rotate and replenish stock, organize shelves, and manage deliveries.
  • Food Preparation: Work in the food preparation area to prepare, package, and label food items of varying temperatures, maintain a well-stocked bakery, and adhere to freshness and hygiene standards.
  • Store Standards: Collaborate with store leadership to uphold safety and quality standards, and communicate any safety concerns effectively.
