Job Overview

Role Description
As a Client Referral Co-ordinator, you will be an integral member of our expanding team within our 24/7 Contact Centre. This role involves managing both incoming and outgoing inquiries to assist private clients throughout the Priory Group.
Essential skills for this position include exceptional customer service abilities, a professional telephone demeanor, proficiency in computer applications, and the capability to meet Centre KPIs.
Full-time positions are available, and flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate rotating shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external clients.
- Handle external calls from private clients and respond to web-based inquiries.
- Ensure all inquiries are accurately logged and updated in the designated database, adhering to established processes and service level agreements using the Salesforce system.
Flexibility: There is a requirement for adaptability in shift patterns to support the 24/7 operation.
