We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cardiff. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our projects, working closely with our experienced Chartered professionals.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Leisure. You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects, from inception to completion, and will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects with values from £500k to £50 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial aspects of projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals, tenders, and business cases.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • A willingness to work towards your APC and become Chartered.
