About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaner/Team Leader to join our team at MandM Direct's Hereford Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Hereford Head Office is cleaned to the highest standards through your own cleaning and the supervision of the Cleaning team.
Designated areas to clean include main office, studios, communal areas, meeting rooms, toilets and wash areas as well as work stations / desks.
Line management duties for Cleaner team, plus working with the Facilities Manager to maintain exceptional Health & Safety compliance.
Maintaining stocks of cleaning products and ensuring use kept in COSHH guidelines.
Requirements
The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Confident IT/computer skills for Fire Marshall role.
The ability to prioritise tasks and organise your time and workload.
Patient and calm approach.
Knowledge of public safety and security.
Helpful and proactive.
Confidential and professional.
Takes pride in their work.
