**Role Overview**

We are seeking a Senior Civils Structures Engineer to join our Defence sector team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical aspects of small projects or components of larger projects, meeting financial, quality, and timeframe objectives, and exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution

• Participate in the development of technical proposals and present technical solutions to clients

• Lead reviews of project deliverables on behalf of the mechanical engineering discipline

• Manage project teams of up to 5 people, ensuring work is allocated appropriately, resources are fully utilized, and any issues are resolved

**Requirements**

• Relevant degree

• Chartered or near chartered

• Familiarity with commonly used analysis software

• Ability to run small projects (up to £5mil value) independently

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Existing BPSS clearance or the ability to pass BPSS security clearance

• Heavy Civils/Reinforced Concrete structures experience is desirable
