Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care home team in Cromer, Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the care home team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and dedicated team of care staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
  • Financial Management: Manage the care home's budget, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services delivered, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
