Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Administrator to join our team at Itec Skills and Employment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Support the team with tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum two GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C and above)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
