A highly respected UK law firm is seeking an experienced and well-educated Family Paralegal to join their team in London. This is a full-time position with a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
The role will involve a broad range of family work, including nuptial agreements, financial claims on divorce, financial provision for children, and private law children work. Specific duties will include attending at Court and client meetings, preparing first drafts of letters/court documents, conducting research, and preparing bundles.
Key requirements for this role include relevant and significant experience, exemplary IT, organisational, and communication skills, as well as superb academics (including a good law degree (minimum 2:1)).
Candidates should be available to start immediately or with a short notice period.
Key Responsibilities:- Attending at Court and client meetings
- Preparing first drafts of letters/court documents
- Conducting research
- Preparing bundles
- Other general paralegal and administrative tasks
- Relevant and significant experience in family law
- Exemplary IT, organisational, and communication skills
- Superb academics (including a good law degree (minimum 2:1))
