Derivatives Project Manager

eClerx Markets is seeking a skilled Derivatives Project Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in project management, particularly within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and change management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of derivatives-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including technology, operations, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
- Effectively communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on derivatives products.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
