About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead the planning and delivery of a one-day football experience in London for a leading brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple elements of the campaign, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Lead communication with the client, building strong relationships and understanding their objectives and needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive engagement and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with the production, client, and account management teams to ensure a joined-up delivery.
  • Manage the budget process, identifying and resolving challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee design, artwork, and branding implementation, ensuring consistency and high standards.
  • Ensure all onsite staff are well-trained, briefed, and equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Experiential and Live Events, with a proven track record of delivering successful brand activations.
  • Advanced skills in budgeting, production, and staffing, with the ability to balance multiple workflows and problem-solve efficiently.
  • Expert attention-to-detail, with the ability to manage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, negotiating and resolving issues as needed.
  • Proven experience of managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of working at major events.
