Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership qualities while recognizing the importance of seeking guidance when necessary.
- Begin to work autonomously as you progress in your training.
- Achieve the required competencies expected at the ST1/2 level.
- Facilitate communication among Gynaecology consultants, nursing staff, fellow junior doctors, patients, and their families.
- Manage day-to-day operations for day cases, outpatients, and inpatients.
- Participate in scheduled ward rounds and surgical theatre sessions.
- Engage in general and specialized outpatient, diagnostic, and pre-assessment clinics.
- Provide instruction to medical students as required.
- Oversee and assist F2 doctors during post-take ward rounds as part of emergency duties.
- Maintain up-to-date administrative responsibilities, including correspondence, results, and discharge summaries.
- Prepare for higher examinations and commit to ongoing professional development.

- MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
