Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Sales Team in the Midlands, South West, and North East regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new inquiries and sales while maintaining and growing our current customer portfolio to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of the Sales and Marketing strategy for your territory
  • Undertake specific sales projects with a technical product specialist to provide customized solutions
  • Update the customer relationship management system to ensure all customer contact is captured
  • Liaise with pre-sales and internal service teams to ensure prompt ordering and delivery of products
About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a established customer base of approximately 200 accounts and contribute to the growth of our business. You will also have access to state-of-the-art engineering facilities, continuous personal development training, and on-road extensive support from internal sales, technical, marketing, and service teams.

We are looking for an individual with a background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing experience, knowledge of engineering applications and CNC Machine Tools, and a full UK driving license. Technical sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
