Job Title: Senior Service Desk Analyst

As a key member of the Technology Customer Services team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the Service Desk, providing first-line support to RSPB staff and volunteers for their IT equipment and business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Desk team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve service desk operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and provide expert advice.
  • Ensure compliance with RSPB's IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
