Our client is a leading railway infrastructure organization dedicated to high standards in the rail sector. We are looking for a meticulous and organized Office Coordinator to become part of our team.
In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with ensuring precise tracking of all materials received, whether incoming or outgoing, and ensuring compliance with designated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Key ResponsibilitiesData Management:
- Inputting data and assisting with receipt discrepancies and transport inquiries.
- Delivering timely, high-quality, and accurate management reports (Weekly/Monthly).
- Performing general administrative tasks.
- Assisting with various "ad hoc" administrative duties.
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Collaborating closely with team members to fully grasp customer and supplier needs and expectations.
- Addressing customer inquiries.
Facility Assistance:
- Managing any procurement requirements for the facility.
Ongoing Improvement:
- Recognizing opportunities for and initiating continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel, particularly in word processing and spreadsheet management.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous administrative experience in a warehouse and/or logistics setting is advantageous.
