About the Role

ATA Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Procurement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global purchasing strategies for high value engineered components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global purchasing strategies for high value engineered components
  • Work closely with the Group CFO to strengthen and improve the supply chain by forming more robust and strategic partnerships with key suppliers
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure better prices and commercial terms
  • Identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships with clients
  • Review supplier performance and identify opportunities to leverage international buying power to maximize supply chain value
  • Work closely with CEOs and leads in international sites to understand purchasing issues at local country level

Requirements

  • Significant experience within Procurement/Supply Chain - ideally globally
  • From a high value engineered items background
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Solid commercial acumen
  • Happy with international travel up to a max of 50% of the time
