Salary: Approximately £38,000

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Support Engineer. This role is integral to our internal sales department, focusing on the Laser, Press & Fabrication sector of our operations.

As a Sales Support Engineer, you will engage with a dedicated internal sales team, providing essential support in quoting for laser cutting, pressing, and fabrication projects tailored to client specifications. Our products are meticulously crafted to meet both standard and bespoke requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries effectively.
  • Utilize quoting software to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Interpret customer drawings to ensure precise specifications.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a background in CNC press brake or fabrication sales, with a proven ability to operate quoting software and manage client relationships effectively.
