Hott Source is seeking an experienced Client Experience Account Manager to join our client services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing POS projects, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Manage and coordinate POS projects and briefs from inception through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
