At mydentist, we offer a unique opportunity for newly qualified dentists to start their career as a self-employed associate dentist. Our Effingham Square practice in central Rotherham has surgery space available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 09:00am to 17:00pm, with up to 3000 UDA's available.

What You Can Expect
  • Fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that's right for you, by year two on average our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50/50 split between NHS and private
  • 50% revenue split on all private work
  • You can choose to have an in-practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months
  • With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long-term sick pay and NHS maternity/paternity/adoption pay
  • Choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future when things change. Opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements
  • Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your location for support to develop your career and grow your revenue
  • You are joining the largest peer network in UK dentistry of over 3,000 dentists and you can choose to be connected with other newly qualified dentists who join mydentist at the same time as you
  • We have partnerships with the major providers for implants, aligners, and other products you may wish to access
  • Through our Academy, you will attend a specific newly qualified dentist face-to-face induction
  • In your first year, you can choose to be supported in setting a development plan tailored to meet your needs, core CPD is via Agilio
