Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and support the team to maintain required productivity levels, ensuring they achieve service levels and daily goals.
  2. Client Support: Provide in-the-moment reassurance to clients accessing our helpline, transferring them to counsellors and legal specialists as quickly as possible.
  3. Quality Assurance: Review quality assessments and provide feedback and coaching to Advisors.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets, with a desire to instil the same behaviours into the team.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to provide great customer service.
  3. Self-Sufficiency: Self-sufficient, innovative, and driven, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, prioritizing workload effectively.
