An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Payroll Services team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of payroll and pensions services.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in data input to the Pensions Online system and Payroll system (ESR) of routine data from sources where deemed appropriate.
- Support the Payroll/Pensions Department in administration tasks, including sending out retirement packs and answering telephone queries.
- Distribute incoming/outgoing documents according to agreed procedure, ensuring that each item displays the name of the client organisation and where appropriate is date stamped.
- Assist in data input to the system of routine data from timesheets, expenses claims, or other sources where deemed appropriate.
- Perform filing/scanning duties for the department as necessary, including ensuring appropriate references are shown on documents.
- Draw to the manager's attention any need to deviate from agreed procedures, protocols, or regulations.
- Ensure adequate stocks of stationery and forms are maintained.
- Ensure retirement packs are sent out on a timely basis.
- Experience in an administration environment.
