The E2E Capacity team within the Global Transportation Services organization is responsible for ensuring the right levels of capacity in the end-to-end transportation network to provide the best customer experience. The team has a Program Management and an Analytics pillar to drive excellence in outbound operations planning.
Requirements- Master's Degree: Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Project Management Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 certifications, or any other project management certification.
- Supply Chain Experience: Significant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
- Transportation Experience: Experience in conceptualizing and implementing transportation or supply-chain management improvements.
