Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Outpatient Booking Team as an Apprentice Booking Team Clerical Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop administrative skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the administrative functions within the Outpatient Booking Team, including uploading referral letters to the Evolve scanning system.
  • Develop skills to process RAS referrals and provide administrative support across the department.
  • Sort and distribute incoming post to the relevant teams and participate in team working to ensure workloads are prioritized and up to date.
  • Make telephone calls to resolve issues and undertake any training required for the role.

Person Specification
