Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide guidance and support to Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.90
- Full-time hours with 12-hour shifts
