The Clinical Nurse Specialist will contribute to the provision of high-quality continence specialist nursing services, working closely with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice, education, and support to staff and patients on continence-related matters.
- Lead a team of allocated staff, working collaboratively with the Continence Team Lead to achieve service goals.
- Develop and implement continence care plans, ensuring patient-centered and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote continence awareness and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of continence-related policies and procedures.
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health and learning disability services, as well as physical health community-based services. Requirements- Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
