About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Meeting and Events Bar Staff member. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their events and meetings are a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing table service to meeting and event attendees, answering questions, taking and delivering food & beverage orders.
  • Serving guests from the bar, working and collaborating with supporting departments within the hotel to make the meeting and events a success.
  • Cash and card handling/transactions, working with a till system.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling when providing table and bar service.
