Overview:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Mechanical Estimator to join our team.

Project Scope:
The projects you will be involved in span various sectors including commercial, leisure, educational, and public services. Your responsibilities will include developing estimates and tenders based on mechanical services design schematics, specifically focusing on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on both design and build projects as well as pre-designed initiatives.
- Engage with suppliers and wholesalers to secure competitive pricing.
- Contribute to a diverse portfolio of prestigious projects, with values ranging from £500,000 to £10 million.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within a building services contracting environment.
- A successful history of securing a variety of projects.
- Familiarity with design & build and pre-designed project frameworks.
- Proficient in utilizing estimating software.
- Ability to effectively manage workload and collaborate with team members to meet client deadlines.
