Loss Prevention Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Loss Prevention Team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving shrink and crime incidents in our stores across the district.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and analyze shrink and crime incidents to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with store staff, management, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, data analysis, and evidence collection, to build strong cases and support judicial interventions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, legislation, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and effective investigation techniques.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement loss prevention strategies and policies.
- Significant experience in loss prevention, crime resolution, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
