THIS IS A FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT POSITION FOR MATERNITY COVER.
We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity within the Central Integrated Health Community (IHC) for a seasoned pharmacist to become a part of our team on a fixed-term/secondment basis. In this capacity, you will engage with primary care, community hospitals, and community resource teams, utilizing your expertise to improve pharmaceutical care delivery and enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers a remarkable chance to gain insights into primary care and community services, with the potential to explore the GP Transition Programme.

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential Requirements
- MPharm degree or equivalent
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Post Graduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience and/or qualifications
Desirable Qualifications
- Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society & registration with the Faculty
- Accreditation or eligibility for accreditation as a Clinical Pharmacy diploma/MSc tutor at a Higher Education Institute
- Leadership and/or management training qualification
- Non-medical prescribing qualification (or in progress)
Experience
Essential Experience
- Demonstrated experience in the managed sector and/or community pharmacy
