Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the greater Oxford region. As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their devices are working correctly, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring their devices are working correctly and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices, leveraging Xerox's comprehensive training programs and online resources.
  • Achieve key productivity goals, including 5 gross calls per day, an efficiency rating of 50% or higher, response time commitments between 2-4 hours, and minimizing parts costs.
Requirements
  • Electro-mechanical experience, including the ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
  • Superior time management skills and reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage, with a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) included in the background check.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday, with a focus on safety and electrical component handling.
