Bodyshop Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our team at Tru Talent. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our body shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our site profitability is maximized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial results in line with agreed budgeted requirements
  • Manage site resources and costs to optimize capability and profitability
  • Actively and effectively manage work provider and supplier relationships
  • Manage compliance to all company processes as well as current Health & Safety, PAS125 and manufacturer standards
  • Deliver structured individual performance management processes

We are looking for someone with a full driving license, a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to show a calm and confident approach. Ideally, you will have experience with Audatex and a strong understanding of current management systems and tools.

Requirements:
  • Proactive performance management skills
  • Staff recruitment and current HR policies knowledge
  • Audatex experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
